In November 2024, the Habitat Goal Implementation Team was tasked by the Chesapeake Bay Program Management Board with discussing their Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement outcomes and their role in a post-2025 Bay Program. This is the GIT's recommendation regarding the Submerged Aquatic Vegetation (SAV) Outcome.
