Purpose
Governor Martin O'Malley will host a day-long meeting to discuss efforts to improve the health of the Chesapeake Bay. During the meeting the Council will hear presentations on Chesapeake 2000 nutrient and sediment reduction progress, biofuels, and partnerships to achieve more sustainable land use and development patterns. Members of the Council will sign a new Forest Conservation Plan that establishes state-specific forest conservation goals and strategies.Related Files:
