Jessica Rigelman

Jessica is an environmental information technology professional specializing in supporting the mission of the Chesapeake Bay Program's modeling team. She was one of the key principals behind the formulation and development of the Chesapeake Assessment Scenario Tool (CAST). Jessica provides technical support for Chesapeake Bay Total Daily Maximum Load and Watershed Implementation Plans and is responsible for the development, testing and data management of CAST. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College.
