Keith works for the US Environmental Protection Agency as a Life Scientist in their Chesapeake Bay Program Office’s Partnerships and Accountability Branch. He works on strategic planning and water resources policy issues. Keith has a master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Cornell University. He has been at EPA since 2021 and came to the Chesapeake Bay Program after working as a project manager in EPA’s hazardous waste cleanup program for 1.5 years out of graduate school.
