Ken Hyer is the Associate Coordinator for USGS Chesapeake Bay studies, with nearly 20 years of experience in applied watershed hydrology, chemistry, and ecosystem studies. He helps to coordinate the integrated USGS science efforts across the Chesapeake Bay watershed to generate management-relevant science in support of Chesapeake Bay Program Partnership needs. He holds a PhD in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia. He’s authored numerous journal articles and technical reports on water-quality fate and transport.
