As a member of the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay’s Local Government Initiative Team, Laura coordinates the work of the Local Leadership Workgroup within the Chesapeake Bay Program and manages related projects. She has more than a decade of experience managing and implementing community-based watershed restoration and stewardship projects across the Chesapeake Bay watershed. She has a bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Eastern Mennonite University and a master’s in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
