Lucinda Power has been an applied anthropologist with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Chesapeake Bay Program Office since 2010, and currently serves as the Partnerships and Accountability Branch Chief. Her prior work with the Chesapeake Bay Program focused water quality policy in the context of the Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load: As a Team Lead with the Science, Analysis and Implementation Branch, she was responsible for the overall coordination of state and locally driven watershed restoration plan development and implementation.
