Richard Tian

Richard is employed by the University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science and works in the Chesapeake Bay Program Office. He is a member of the modeling team and charged with estuarine model operation and criteria assessment. He holds a PhD degree in marine science and specialized in numerical modeling, including physical, biological and water quality simulation using structured as well as unstructured grid models.
